• Subscription: access to a digital service for a specified period
• Family subscription: a subscription that can be shared between multiple users

2. Description of services

Famly.Plus provides services for organizing family subscriptions to popular digital platforms, including:

• Netflix, Spotify, Disney+, Apple Music
• YouTube Premium, ChatGPT Plus
• Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft 365
• Other services by arrangement

3. User rights

• Receive quality services as described
• Share subscriptions with family and friends
• Get 24/7 support
• Cancel subscriptions in line with the terms
• Receive refunds for unused periods

4. User obligations

• Provide accurate information at registration
• Do not share access credentials with third parties
• Use services as intended
• Do not infringe copyright
• Pay for services on time

5. Payment terms

• Payment is made before the service is provided
• We accept card payments and electronic money
• Prices in UAH (Ukrainian hryvnia), VAT included
• Automatic subscription renewal
• You can cancel at any time

6. Refund policy

• Full refund — if the subscription has not been activated
• Pro-rata refund — for the unused period
• Free swap to another service
• Refunds within 14 days
• Bank fees are non-refundable

7. Liability

• We are not responsible for changes made by third-party services
• Our liability is limited to the amount paid
• We are not liable for indirect damages
• We guarantee the quality of our services

8. Termination

• Users may cancel a subscription at any time
• We may terminate services if the terms are breached
• Refunds follow our refund policy
• Data is retained for 30 days
