• User: an individual using our service
• Subscription: access to a digital service for a certain period
• Family subscription: a subscription that can be shared between several users

2. Service description

Famly.Plus provides services for organizing family subscriptions to popular digital platforms, including:

• Netflix, Spotify, Disney+, Apple Music
• YouTube Premium, ChatGPT Plus
• Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft 365
• Other services by agreement

3. User rights

• Receive high-quality services according to descriptions
• Share subscriptions with family and friends
• Receive support 24/7
• Cancel subscriptions according to terms
• Receive refunds for unused period

4. User responsibilities

• Provide accurate information during registration
• Do not share access data with third parties
• Use services according to their purpose
• Do not violate copyright
• Pay for services on time

5. Payment terms

• Payment is made before service delivery
• We accept card payments and electronic money
• Prices are in UAH including VAT
• Automatic subscription renewal
• Possibility to cancel at any time

6. Refund policy

• Full refund if subscription is not activated
• Proportional refund for unused period
• Free replacement with another service
• Refund within 14 days
• Bank commission is non-refundable

7. Liability

• We are not responsible for changes in third-party services
• Our liability is limited to the payment amount
• We are not liable for indirect damages
• We guarantee quality of our services

8. Termination of agreement

• User may cancel subscription at any time
• We may terminate services in case of term violation
• Refund according to policy
• Data retention for 30 days
